The Space
The Léman Ballroom is a memorial to New York City’s Gilded Age. Stepping into the The Léman Ballroom one enters an era of timeless elegance featuring cathedral-height ceilings supported by 30-foot bronze-capped marble mosaic columns and an exquisite wrap-around mariner's mural. Though its historic charms have been preserved, the space is every bit a modern event venue fully equipped with a ceiling rigged truss which houses lighting, sound, a projector and a roll-down screen.

From the 30-foot marble-topped columns to the sturdy travertine floors, our 5,700-square-foot space is well suited for a wide range of events including corporate, community, and personal. 30 Foot Ceilings
The Gilded Age grandeur of the Ballroom extends all the way up to the sweeping cathedral-height ceiling space supported by 30-foot bronze capped marble mosaic columns.
Travertine Flooring
The Ballroom's elegant travertine flooring tiles are strong enough to support your event in style. Easily standing up to dancefloors, pipe and drape riggings, or AV equipment while exuding the Gilded Age opulence the Ballroom is known for.
Ground Level Access
Getting set up is so much easier without the hassle of elevators or stairs. And no elevators means less restrictions to what we can accommodate for your event.
AV Rigging
The Ballroom is equipped with a ceiling rigged truss which houses lighting, sound, a projector and a roll-down screen. We have an exclusive AV vendor to support any and all of your technical event needs.
2 Kitchen Prep Areas
For catering, the Ballroom offers two ground-level, 500-square-foot prep areas, one with a large sink, and both with plenty of electrical outlets. Use your caterer or choose one of our preferred vendors.
Internet Access
High-speed internet access is available from anywhere in The Léman Ballroom with your own private and secure network.
In House Rentals
Tables, chairs, and even a stage can be rented directly from The Léman Ballroom making your setup easier and removing the hassle of receiving, setting up, and returning these items.
Handicap Accessible
Ground-level access and handicap-accessible ramps and restrooms are available.
Add On Facilities
Add on facilities include a Café, Board Room, Gym and Swimming Pool.

Capacities
The Ballroom allows many configurations for dining, dancing, performances, sporting events and more. For seated dinners, the 5,700 square foot Ballroom space can accommodate up to 330 guests, 470 for seated performances, and in cocktail settings, 500.

Additional Spaces
Adjoining The Léman Ballroom is 41 Broad Street, which houses additional spaces available for rent, including a conference room, backstage dressing/VIP area, state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot gymnasium and one of our two 25-meter swimming pools. A second gymnasium and pool are available around the corner at 1 Morris Street.
Our two gymnasiums are ideal venues for after-work sports leagues, sports clinics, and other athletic events.
Our two 25-meter swimming pools are also available for private events. They offer a premier location for private swimming lessons, aquatic sports training, children’s birthday parties, and even private functions for those looking for a splash of originality in their event space.
